1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by QuantCore Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

QuantCore provides AI and quantum-powered enterprise solutions, including but not limited to: AI Code Modernization Agents, Quantum Trading Platform, consulting services, legacy code modernization, SAP & ERP integration, cloud migration, security & compliance solutions, and managed services.

3. User Accounts

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided through our services are the intellectual property of QuantCore Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Any code, models, or outputs generated through our platform for your use are licensed to you for your internal business purposes, subject to any specific licensing terms in your service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services; transmit any malicious code or content; or use our services to compete directly with QuantCore.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in your specific service agreement or order form. All payments are due in accordance with the terms specified therein. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these terms for a period of three years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms upon thirty (30) days written notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
