Founder & Managing Director
B.Tech., Electrical Engineering — IIT Kanpur
An alumnus of IIT Kanpur (B.Tech., Electrical Engineering), Raja brings over two decades of experience in enterprise transformation. He spent around 2 years as India Business Head for Coreops.AI, 17 years at IBM India as an Associate Partner, and 4 years at BHEL, building deep domain and audit management expertise.
Raja is an expert in ERP platforms — including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft — with hands-on experience in implementing large-scale ERP systems. His strength lies in end-to-end customer engagement — spanning business transformation, digital strategy, advanced analytics, and process consulting.
He has worked extensively across manufacturing, pharma, industrial products, retail, and the construction & real estate sectors. Raja has also led several innovation-led programs focused on new business models and revenue generation within these industries.
